Kevin J. Hartman joined Terzo & Bologna, Inc. in February 2000 and became a principal of the firm in January 2004.  He has provided real estate appraisal and consulting services to local, regional, and national clients since 1991.

Mr. Hartman’s professional work encompasses appraisal and market analysis of a variety of commercial real estate properties.  Experience includes appraisals of multifamily communities, condominium developments, single-family residences, subdivisions, office buildings, retail structures, industrial properties, proposed developments, for pipeline and transmission line easements, and appraisals and reviews involving eminent domain.

Multifamily experience includes existing and proposed market-rate housing as well as subsidized and LIHTC properties.  This experience makes him highly qualified to complete all forms of multifamily analyses whether Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, institutional or traditional reporting methods are required.  

Previous professional work includes seven years as an independent fee appraiser for Moore Appraisal Co., Inc. in Carmel, Indiana, and two years as a staff appraiser for PNC Commercial Mortgage Company in Indianapolis, Indiana.  

Mr. Hartman is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate.  While attending Indiana University, he also earned a minor in Psychology.

Kevin J. Hartman was admitted to membership as a MAI of the Appraisal Institute in 2003.  He is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Indiana (License #CG49400422) and has an Indiana Broker License (#RB14029289).  Mr. Hartman is also licensed in the State of Michigan as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (License #1201075245) and in the State of Kentucky as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser (License #5678).
